Obituary          

Waymon “Pike” Anthony Pickett, 53 of 306 Scott St., NE, Warren, departed this life Thursday, May 27, 2010 at his residence of natural causes.

He was born January 10, 1957 in Warren, the son of Waymon and Azalean Nixon Pickett.

He was employed with Design Coatings for 10 years. He was a member of Monument of Faith Church of God in Christ and loved sports, especially the Steelers.

He leaves to mourn  1 brother, William Alan (Valecia) Pickett of Akron; 3 sisters, Mrs. DeLois (Vernon) Flowers of Cleveland, Ms. Brenda Rodgers and Ms. Alvetta Pickett both of Warren and a host of relatives and friends.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 brother, Walter Aaron Pickett.

Memorial services will be held Friday, June 4, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at the Sterling-McCullough Williams Funeral Chapel.
