Obituary          

Phoebe Sylvia Morgan, 86, of Plaza Avenue, Warren departed this life Friday, January 22, 2010 at 1:20 p.m. at Gillette Nursing Home following an extended illness.

She was born April 18, 1923 in Mount Airy, GA, the daughter of Anfield Hudson and Clelia Nimmons, living in the area since 1941.
Ms. Morgan was employed for 5 years at Nurses House Call as a Nurses Aide, before retiring in 1989. She was a member of Jehovah Witnesses North Congregation and enjoyed gardening and painting.
She was a 1942 graduate of Girard High School.

She leaves to mourn 1 son, Wayne Morgan, a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and 2 sons, Ronald Jackson and Norman Morgan.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, Jan. 30, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at Jehovah Witnesses North Congregation.
Professional arrangements of comfort were handled by the Sterling-McCullough Williams Funeral Home.
