Obituary          

Ellen Marguerite Alexander, 84, of 924 Sunshine Ave., Youngstown, departed this life Friday, May 21, 2010 at midnight at Campus Healthcare following an extended illness.
She was born Aug. 20, 1925 in Youngstown, the daughter of Eustace and Isabelle Wilson Robinson Sr.

Mrs. Alexander was employed with the Youngstown Board of Education for 5.5 years as a Traffic Guard, before retiring May 2006. She was also a self employed Housekeeper and worked in the stockroom at McKelveys for many years.

She was a former member of Victory Luthern Church and enjoyed sewing, reading, and watching television.
She married Nelson Wolfe in 1950, he died in 1971, then she married John Alexander in 1976, he died in 1991.

She leaves to mourn 1 stepson, Gerald Alexander of Waynesville, MO; 1 brother, Richard L. Robinson of Youngstown; 1 sister, Doris Dawson of Atlanta, GA; friend/caregiver, Jeanette Miller of Youngstown; 6 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and a host of nephews and nieces.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Eustace Jr. and Edward Robinson and 1 sister, Juanita Thomas.
Funeral Services will be held Friday, May 28, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Sterling-McCullough Williams Youngstown Funeral Chapel. Calling Hours: one hour prior to services, 10:00-11:00 a.m. Burial will be at Tod Homestead Cemetery.

Family will receive friends at 470 Bradley Lane, the home of her friend, Jeanette Miller.
